Partner check: Is your partner at school today? If not, set up the absent folder and form. 12:25-12:55 Recess and lunch	Remember: Make lunch enjoyable for everyone.J
1:00-2:55 Reading	Work on independent reading project (due Friday). Mrs. Patton will continue to work with students to complete the DRA.

MORNING WORK	Fresh Baked Fractions – choose your difficulty level
9:20-9:50 Social Studies	CHANGE OF PLANS: The previously selected web quest included too many broken links. Therefore, I have selected another one. This will actually work out better! This one leads up to the Wax Museum in a much better way. J Due to the Knight of the Year ceremony this morning (and the involvement of several of our students), we will have Social Studies after library. I’ll fill you in then with the new details. INSTEAD, please work on your IRC. Finished?? Please utilize Moodle (follow up on Community Sharing, Earth Day resources, or check out what others have shared about their IRC), read independently, work on ONE Spelling Tic Tac Toe activity (Lesson 28). NOTE: Each student will only choose ONE activity this week.

10:30-11:20 Math with Ms. Burke’s class, my class goes to science	1. Equality concepts fraction quiz 2. Finish district common assessment. 3. If there’s time when all students are finished, play Fresh Baked Fractions.

11:55-12:25 Lang. Arts	The new web quest… 1. You will stay in the groups that you are already in. 2. What region you chose doesn’t matter. Now you will choose WHO you want to be. 3. The link: Colonial America 4. Begin working on this web quest in teams based on chosen roles. Like the other web quest, you will first work in “expert” groups, then go back to your “home” team.
12:25-12:55 Recess and lunch	Remember: Make lunch enjoyable for everyone.J
1:00-2:00 Reading	1. Work on Independent Reading Contracts (IRC). 2. Knight of the Year ceremony, 1:30 P.M.
